The Virginia Department of Health is working on creating a fair COVID-19 vaccine distribution, but as CBS 6 news reports, missing data stands in the way of measuring equity. Jackie Lawrence who is with the Richmond-Henrico [Hen-rye-co] Health District says there are several factors causing the disparity when it comes to vaccinations. Q...actually white individuals.
