A judge has order the Virginia Speaker of the House to pay a fine.
Scott Kimbler..... [The judge's ruling says House of Delagates Speaker Eileen Filler-Corn was in violation when she denied access to open records to attorney David Webster. He tells CBS Six, he was looking for the document that showed how much it costs for Confederate statues to be removed from the capital. He was told, but Filler-Corn, such a document did not exist. Filler-Corn was ordered to pay a $500 fine and attorneys fees.
