An Henrico jury took three hours to declare a man on trial for a shooting that injured a young girl child Not Guilty.
Rebecca Hubbard [Derick Walton Jr. was found not guilty of all six charges against him.
He was accused of being involved in a drive-by shooting the injured five-year-old Kemiyah Edwards. WTVR reporting it did not appear any of the Edwards family were present at the trial.
He may have been acquitted of the shooting, but Walton is still facing charges for a 2017 shooting that killed a one-year-old Jaidah Morris. .
He is currently being held in connection to that case. ]
