Phil Whiteway has settled a lawsuit against Virginia Repertory Theatre, claiming he was fired due to his age. The lawsuit alleged age-based discrimination and retaliation for refusing to retire voluntarily. Whiteway, who was ousted at 71, filed the lawsuit in December. A 25-thousand-dollar all-electric Jeep vehicle will be available in the U.S. "very soon." That's according to the Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares, who discussed the automaker's plans at a Bernstein investor conference Wednesday. Stellantis currently offers a low-cost electric SUV model for about 25-thousand-200-dollars in Europe. The Jeep Wagoneer S SUV is expected to be the company's first all-electric vehicle offered in the U.S. later this year. It will be officially unveiled on Thursday in New York.
