A teenager is in custody for a deadly shooting in Richmond. Police say a 17-year-old was arrested last night for last month's shooting in Mosby Court that killed two people. They were a couple in their 40s that had four children. There's no word on a motive. He's charged with murder and the use of a firearm while committing a felony.
