A dispute between two members of the Spotsylvania County School Board has led to assault charges.Preview: A motorcyclist is dead following a crash in western Henrico County. Police say the accident happened last night in the 76-hundred block of West Broad Street. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is under investigation.
