A child is dead after what appears to be a tragic accident in Chesterfield County. A three-year-old boy died last night after accidentally shooting himself in North Chesterfield. It happened at the Winchester Green apartments on Avalon Heights Road. No details have been released. CBS 6 reports some family members were brought in for questioning, but no arrests have been announced.
